Pilates for Everybody!

Pilates with props is a mat class which follow a progression of exercises designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility to the postural muscles (the abdominals, buttocks and low back). The technique is excellent for anyone who wishes to move with more power, grace, and less trauma to their body. It will also help increase the body’s resilience to the effects of age.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
8:30 am – 9:30 am
Drop-In Fee $15
