Women’s Monday Night Rides Schedule!

Liz and Leah along with a group of likeminded friends will be leading social rides this summer! Each week a ride will be offered at a local trail starting in July.

COVID Requirements:

Maximum of 8 participants per ride. Pre-Registration is required!

Social Distancing is Required and No sharing equipment!

If you feel sick please stay home. The ride sign up will end at 12 pm the day of the ride

Monday Night Rides are social in nature and welcome different levels of riders.  Please carefully read each ride description to be sure that ride suites your ability. In order to keep our numbers low this year we will be providing leaders for one small group, so it is important you are comfortable with the terrain and mileage on that given day.

This group foster a supportive environment for women to take on new challenges, push themselves, get fit, meet new people, and have fun!

It's starting to get dark, please throw a light in your pack!

August!
Monday, August 31 @6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Location: Green Woodlands
Leaders:  Skye Kerr & Meg Dearden
Description: 6 or 7 mile route with roughly 800 ft of climbing.  The trails there are machine built (not much in the way of rocks or roots) and there may be short sections of dirt road riding as well.  We will follow approximately the same route as our first trip to this trail system and add on the Ledges trail.

September!
September 7th @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
          Location:  Parcel 5 in Norwich
Leaders: Gretchen Stokes & Mary Bouchard
Description: The ride is just shy of 5 miles, but hefty on climbing at 850 feet. The bulk of the ride is the double track loop of parcel 5, which yields to swoop super fun downhills on the backside of the loop. At the height of the loop, we will be diverting into the neighboring Brookmead trails for a delightful and moderately technical climb, followed by downhill fun on a couple trails sometimes referred to as the Norwich enduro before hooking back in to Parcel 5.

September 14th @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
          Location: Union Village Dam
Leaders: Skye Kerr & Liz Burdette
Description:
5-6 miles with moderate amounts of climbing, some rocks and roots.
We will meet in the parking lot off of Tucker Hill Rd, 1845 (ish) Tucker Hill Rd, Thetford, Vermont
91N, Thetford exit, turn left
Turn left onto Tucker Hill Rd after going through Thetford Center
The road to the parking lot is on the left after a sharp turn. Road is about a mile or so long, go over a bridge then you will see the big parking lot
