The Alexander Technique is a skill for self-development. It teaches how to change habits that may cause unnecessary tension in every activity.
The Alexander Technique will boost performance in any activity and relieve the pain and stress caused by postural habits, like slouching. This technique has lessons that stimulate the ability to learn on a physical, intellectual and emotional levels. One will be become for self-aware on how they move, breath, learn, and focus.
Participants will learn how to recognize harmful habits and how to choose a better response. Eventually, participants will be able to apply their new understanding and skill into everyday activities.
Jennifer Sielicki has been a mindful movement educator for over 30 years. She uses and works with the principles of the Alexander Technique and is a certified teacher. Her classes are fun and informative. Her moto is Think uP!
